LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION We, Mr. and Mrs. Nazarali, would like to share with you our experience with Carlos Lespreance  of Lespreance Construction. my wife and I had met with about 12 different custom Builders before we met with Carlos. In our first meeting he understood our vision and how we wanted to build our dream home. He was more than open to our ideas and his step by step guidance was extremely valuable. He was willing to work with different vendors to suit our needs an extremely prompt in his responses. Carlos was always very truthful and upfront about what he could do and what he couldn’t. It took us about 12 months for my first meeting with Carlos to step in our home which was delivered to us a week earlier than was promised to us. He went above and beyond our expectations to complete our house. It was indeed very pleasant and smooth 12 months for us in which my wife and I gained a friend.

Open & Honest Discussions, Direct Involvement, Reasonable Cost Estimates

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION June 13, 2017 To whom it may concern: I was working for an oil Company in Caracas, Venezuela and we were planning to retire in Sugar Land in the year 2016 so we started looking for homes in the Sugar Land area in 2013 and we decided on the Riverstone Sub-division.  We looked at a number of New and Existing homes but finally decided to build a Custom Home in the Majestic Pointe section of the Riverstone Sub-division.  We had talked with a number of Custom Builders and finally decided to build a home with Carlos Lespreance.  Some of the reasons choosing Carlos were open & honest discussions, direct involvement with the home construction, reasonable cost estimates as well as useful advice as we were building a home while living abroad in Venezuela. We started working with Carlos in March 2014 and our home was finished in December 2015.  We had made a number of trips from Venezuela to come & meet with Carlos to make all the decisions. Carlos was very accommodating to our schedules. During those 21 months, we worked closely with Carlos and overall, we are very pleased with all the aspects of building our home – His Integrity & professionalism, Prompt communications, flexibility to meet with us, meeting the timelines/deadlines, responsiveness to the change orders with value added inputs & related costs and the quality of work performed to build our home. Even though we lived abroad in Venezuela, we could rely & depend on Carlos to build a good home for us.  We would recommend Carlos enthusiastically & without any reservations as he built a beautiful & quality home for us in a timely fashion and within the budget.

July 5, 2017 To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to provide a letter of recommendation for Lespreance Construction (Carlos Lespreance) as it relates to their performance in the construction of my 9,000 square foot residential home in the Riverstone Community of Sugar Land. Texas. During the 18 month duration of our contract, I have found Carlos to exhibit all of the positive elements you want in your builder.  I have known Carlos to be a very loyal, honest, respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. Under Carlos’ supervision the building process was highly organized. His relationship with sub-contractors, county inspectors, the architect and designers was transparent, disciplined and cordial.  He has the ability to make requested changes if the results will be better and to gently, but firmly, resist change when he believes it’s not in the owner’s best interest.  His management of the finances was prompt and accurate. Nearly 6 months after we occupied the home, he checks regularly to make sure we continue to be satisfied with the workmanship of our new home. Both Carlos and his sub-contractors ensure that any newly discovered items that require attention are promptly remediated.
